By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, creating an account, or booking a stay at Salt Breeze Resort, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website and booking services.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, availability, minimum stay requirements, and booking policies may change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. Salt Breeze Resort reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel reservations when necessary.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided as part of the reservation confirmation. Early arrivals and late departures may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for complying with all property rules, occupancy limits, and instructions provided before or during their stay.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and respectfully. Any damage caused by a guest, member of their party, or visitor may result in additional charges.

Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or violations of property policies may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Occupancy Limits

Maximum occupancy limits are established for the comfort and safety of all guests. Exceeding stated occupancy limits without prior approval may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

Pets

Select accommodations are pet friendly. A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted per reservation. Each pet must weigh 60 pounds or less.

Applicable pet fees will be presented during the booking process. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets, cleaning up after them, and ensuring they do not cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbances to neighboring guests.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations resulting from a pet's stay.

Payments

Reservations made more than 14 days prior to arrival require a deposit equal to one night's stay at the time of booking.

Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

By providing payment information, guests authorize Salt Breeze Resort and its payment providers to process all authorized charges associated with the reservation, including applicable taxes, fees, and approved incidental charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

A $35 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled reservations. The cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund otherwise due under the cancellation policy below.

Reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less the $35 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled between 14 and 29 days prior to arrival will forfeit the required reservation deposit. The $35 cancellation fee will also apply to any additional amount being refunded.

Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once a refund has been processed, it may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear on the guest's account, depending on the financial institution.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation against unforeseen events, including illness, severe weather, or travel disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Salt Breeze Resort shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, reservation services, or accommodations, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and agree that Salt Breeze Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Force Majeure

Salt Breeze Resort shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, government actions, utility outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Changes to These Terms

Salt Breeze Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication.
